✍🏼 Brand Audit (Market Research)
The first step in successful branding is conducting research or a brand audit to understand your business on a deeper level. The purpose is to ascertain how your business performs in the eyes of your target audience, in turn helping you to develop your strategy, discover the strengths and weakness of your business and match the expectations of consumers. It should cover internal and external branding, as well as the consumer experience.
